ini sambungan my previous post pasal my Cabaran:: Overcome my addiction!!:

so..ni list yg kte BUAT + NAK BUAT + MESTI BUAT..

my dream TO DO LIST:
  • determine to change to healthy lifetyle + lose weight as Bonus!! - just started
  • Beli byk buah n sayur for snack instead of sweet n candy! - ongoing (part sayur tu yg payah)
  • Makan buah time perut lapar... bukan after lunch/ dinner! - 
  • Study b0ut ingredient dulu b4 amek any food / supplement - yet to start
  • Try to learn n minum healthy smoothie n juice to b00st energy - still learning
  • Minum plain water byk2..bgn pagi..b4 makan...b4 tdo...ble lapar... - ongoing (dr dulu lg)
  • Exercise regularly... nk pegi joging/main badminton etc.. - yet to start
  • Boley ade cheat day! yeay! tapi...enjoy it in mini mini porti0n! just few bites! 
  • Carik motivation as much as i can..
  • Focus on the Good n Benefits + Be positive!
We can do it!
