Hari ni nk cite serbe sedikit pasal pantang larang untuk org yg ade endo mcm kte nie kann..huhuhu...even lepas laparoscopy, endometri0sis ni boley datang balik.... huhuhu.. so demi kesihatan yg baik..kene la change my diet n lifestyle!
10 Jenis makanan yg nk kene avoid:
- Sugar- can encourage the inflammatory pain of endometriosis..
To limit/ avoid:Chocolate! Carbonated drinks! air kotak!
- Wheat- contains phytic acid which can aggravate endometriosis symptoms.
To avoid/limit: products containing wheat n gluten!
- Soy Product- contains phytic acid also (higher that wheat)
To avoid/limit: Soy milk, SOy based cheese, soy protein..etc
- Caffeine- especially when consumed in high amount helpt to increase estrogen levels which can trigger/develop endometriosis.
No coffee!
- Alcohol - can destroy liver function (Liver- play essential role in clearing out excess estrogen)
a BIG NO to alcohol!
- Dairy Product- can worsen endometriosis symptom..
To avoid: MILK n Cheeese....huhu
To find sumthing to substitute dairy product 4 calsium!
- Red Meat- contain growth hormone which also include estrogen.
No Daging!
- Saturated Fats/oils-
To avoid/limit: butter, margarine, lard, organ meats, n
plenty of fried food.
- Refined Carbohydrates (i.e: white bread, flour, pasta,cakes, etc)- also can lead to endometriosis smptoms.
To avoid refined carbs n try to stick with unrefined carbs
i.e wholegrain breads, pasta, rice, etc...
- Additives n Preservatives
To avoid: processed food, frozen n pre-packaged food..
